Who're also off chasing their desired lives, whether it be scientifically, or managing PetParks, designing, working culture centres or starting small business, or otherwise honing their wholley character.
Inside of the Creative Complex, people like singers, gymnasts, and showmen, can get vouchers to preform.

The voucher system is to enable local heroes to shine, rather than work.
By being drafted into the sporting array is basically an ongoing voucher, which accredits the citizen with productive time. We ask for 8 months a year of accreditted time worked.
